Service Area
Receiving Your Cabinets:

For all kitchen cabinet orders, customers must arrange for pickup at our facilities in Lancaster Pennsylvania. We do not ship kitchen cabinetry.

Receiving Policy:

All kitchen cabinetry orders must be inspected and approved by the receiving party(wholesale customers) on pickup.

Payment:

50% deposit upon order, and payment in full may be made by check, credit/debit card, or wire transfer. Check payments must be received at least 5 business days prior to pickup.

For Retail Customers Please Note:
The Lancaster Mill is a wholesale producer of freestanding cabinets. We work exclusively through your contracted kitchen designer and installation professionals only - we do not service retail customers or have a retail showroom.

First Step:
Determine if our offerings are compatible with your clients project schedule and budget. See our average linear foot costs under pricing, and see our lead time indicated above. If we meet your project criteria, proceed to the next step.

Next Step:
Place an order on our website for an estimate request. There is a one time charge of $500 for your kitchen estimate that will be credited back when an order is placed with us. We typically would require 5 business days to complete your estimate.

When ordering your estimate request, you will be asked to submit the specifications and drawings of your kitchen provided by your kitchen designer. In order to get an estimate to you, all dimensions and specifications must be clearly listed, and all designs must be within our range of specialty as illustrated on our web site under Kitchen Styles.

Last Step:
Submitting Your Custom Order
After receiving your estimate, you can place your order with us any time. All custom kitchen orders require a 50% deposit to get on schedule with the current lead time. Our current lead time is listed at the top of this page, and will vary depending on our scheduled work load.
