Ordering Guide

Click on any of the options to start the custom design and ordering process for your wood shelf or top.

Step 1: Choose the custom thicknesses for your solid wood shelf between 3/4-inch and 1^1/4-inch in thickness.

Step 2: Select a shelf profile - choose a standard shelf, inside corner floating shelf, or outside corner floating shelf.

Step 3: Enter the length and depth of your custom shelf - you can order any size to exactly fit your space.

Select a custom finish: You may select unfinished, clear finished with lacquer or oil rubbed, stained finish, or painted finish. For custom colors, select the custom color option and enter the brand and color number when prompted. For custom stain matching, select the stain matching service option. Upon placing your order, you will receive instructions by email for sending your reference stained sample to us for matching.

Select a wood species: We offer many wood species to choose from including Maple, Cherry, Red Oak, White Oak, Walnut, Hickory, and Quarter Sawn White Oak. If you don't see the wood species you are looking for, email us at info@LancasterMill.com - chances are we can do it!

OPTIONAL Select LED Lighting: The LED lighting option includes the recessed LED channel and pre-wired LED lights. You may choose the mounting position for the LED light as shown. You may select lighting for both the top and bottom of the shelves.

NOTE: The LED option includes pre-installed and wired LED Channel and Light only. Transformers and switchs not included. Please consult with an electrical specialist for switch, remote control, and transformer(driver) options that best suite your project and preferences.

Due to the unique climate and latitude of the state of Pennsylvania, hardwood trees such as Maple, Cherry, Oak, Hickory, and Black Walnut are able to reach their full potential and thrive. Pennsylvania's perfectly tempered climate with reliable rainfall and growing season produces an exquisitely fluent and consistent wood grain - and what some consider to be some of the finest hardwood lumber in the world. In fact, the name "Pennsylvania" comes from Latin word "silvanus" meaning - "pertaining to wood or forest".
