Stain Sample Ordering

Customers may order any listed stain color samples online or by phone. We recommend viewing the stain sample within your environment as ambient lighting and lighting types greatly impact the perceived color of stained wood products.

Stain Matching Service
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
For customers interested in matching our products to existing items in your space, we do offer a stain matching service which involves working from a base sample shipped to us, or a variation of a stock color sample. Our shop will custom formulate several sample variations of the stain color for viewing in your actual space, which upon your approval will be put in production. There is a one-time fee of $275 for the custom matching service.

Satisfaction Guarenteed

For customers who have ordered a stock color and are not satisfied with the stain color and would like to change it, we can initiate the stain matching service and re-stain the items for you at no charge. There is however a one-time fee of $275 for the custom matching service plus the round trip shipping costs for the items being re-stained.
