We offer carry-in blanket wrapped delivery to customers in our local area shown above.

Outside Our Area:

For all kitchen cabinet orders outside of our local delivery area, we ship using PackShipUSA.com - a company specializing in long distance delivery of furnishings.

Shipping Policy:

All kitchen cabinetry orders must be inspected and approved by the receiving party prior to shipment. This would require either a visit to our facilities in Lancaster Pennsylvania, or a 'facetime'/'skype' or emailed photo inspection and text approval on completion of your order.

Payment:

50% deposit upon order, and payment in full may be made by check, credit/debit card, or wire transfer. Check payments must be received at least 5 business days prior to shipping.

The Lancaster Mill is a factory direct manufacturer only, and we do not provide kitchen design services or any on-site services in your home. Our kitchen estimates are based on designs and specifications provided to us by the home owner or contracted kitchen designer and installation professionals. See specification requirements below. All pricing on our site is factory direct pricing.

Email your estimate request to: orders@LancasterMill.com. Please include the specifications and drawings of your kitchen provided by your kitchen designer. If you are still in the beging stages of your design, we can also work from a rough sketch of what you have in mind, and we can also offer some suggestions that will work best with our freestanding format. In order to get an estimate to you, all dimensions and specifications must be clearly listed, and all designs must be within our range of specialty as illustrated on our web site under Kitchen Styles.

When ordering your estimate request, you will be asked to submit the specifications and drawings of your kitchen provided by your kitchen designer. Last Step:
Submitting Your Custom Order
After receiving your estimate, you can place your order with us any time. All custom kitchen orders require a 50% deposit to get on schedule with the current lead time. Our current lead time is listed at the top of this page, and will vary depending on our scheduled work load.
